Rose-Anne Landau, Attorney-Mediator and Arbitrator, brings over 30 years of legal experience to the Alternative Dispute Resolution arena.
Rose-Anne learned early on in her career that protracted litigation expended both emotional and economic capital that parties generally wished they could avoid if a fair and equitable settlement could be reached. Ms. Landau participated in hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences as a litigator on the east coast, until the people, lifestyle, and landscape of Colorado made it impossible for her to live anywhere else.
After gaining admission to the Colorado bar in 1992, Ms. Landau enjoyed working in several civil litigation and domestic law firms until opening her own dispute resolution offices in 2001. Since then she has focused exclusively on out of court dispute resolution processes, particularly mediation and arbitration. Ms. Landau has resolved all manner of civil disputes including, divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, employment, real estate, breach of contract, construction defect and general commercial disputes.
From 2015-2019, Ms. Landau was voted as a 5280 Magazine Top Lawyer in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a distinct recognition and honor that sets her apart from her peers. She has also been selected as a Colorado SuperLawyer from 2017-2021 in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as a Top 50 Woman Attorney for 2020 and 2021.
