Attorney Profile
Rose-Anne Landau, Attorney and Mediator, is a peacemaker who devotes 100% of her practice to non-litigation modes of dispute resolution such as collaborative law and mediation. Rose-Anne graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1987 and practiced as a litigator in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut until relocating to Colorado in 1991 to begin work as an associate in a prestigious full-service law firm in Aurora, Colorado. Since opening her own offices in 1995, Rose-Anne's focus has been exclusively in the family law arena, and after several years of litigating family law disputes, Rose-Anne switched her focus to out-of-court resolution of divorce matters. Rose-Anne's experience ranges from resolution of high-conflict custody disputes and complex marital estates to less-complicated divorces. Ms. Landau is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, and the South Metro Collaborative Practice Group. For the past six years she served as a Board member of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals (CCLP), an organization dedicated to the resolution of disputes without court intervention where she has also served as past Secretary.
